- What We Did: Construction & Installation
Part of Kensington Village, a campus of seven office buildings, the Warwick Building is a Victorian former furniture depository being refurbished into a modern office space, designed by Morrow + Lorraine. Our scope included a twenty five metre long mild steel reception desk with arched, ribbed panelling behind it in the reception, alongside fifteen lift lobbies clad in powder coated stainless steel and thirty powder coated black stainless steel office door enclosures. On the roof terrace, we installed a number of stainless steel planters, hundreds of Douglas fir timbers to a pergola, and an outdoor bar with high bar seating.
