Norton Folgate is a 335,000 sq ft mixed use development nestled between Spitalfields, Shoreditch, and the City, commissioned by British Land and designed by Universal Design Studio. The scheme went on to win the Dezeen Award in the Workplace Interior of the Year category in 2025. Working within this scheme, our joinery scope spanned several of the buildings.
On S1A, we crafted bespoke FCU covers, cleverly conceived by Universal Design Studio to conceal the units while doubling as functional bookshelves, with maintenance access built in throughout. We also delivered two stainless steel tea points, a number of doors, timber panelling, and a series of day beds and tables.
