- What We Did: Construction & Installation
Once home to a House of Fraser department store that was no longer commercially viable, the building was reimagined as a mixed use, office led space, blending hospitality and wellness features to enrich the experience for its office workers. A new lobby entrance was designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman, and we completed a curved, dark stained oak reception desk, a banquette seat, and new timber panelling to the lift lobby. We also contributed to the design development of a bespoke six metre tall panel system with openable doors for maintenance access.
