19 Fitzroy

A refurbished 1960s former medical laboratory, part of Derwent London’s ‘Furnished + Flexible’ scheme, offering thoughtfully designed workspaces including meeting rooms, phone booths, and flexible work areas within an open plan layout. Spanning 550 sqm across two floors, the project draws its inspiration from mid century architecture by dMFK. We restored the existing staircase with new timber treads and a steel balustrade, and delivered a combination of stained solid and veneered oak panelling, Caesarstone worktops, and sprayed doors.
